Lumu Agent and Firewall Whitelisting
If you or your company uses a firewall to control network access to websites or software, then you may use the information below to ensure proper connectivity from your devices to Lumu related services so that outbound connections can be made.
The list of Lumu Agent domains currently includes (but is not limited to) the items below.

api.lumu.io | Used to post information to the Lumu systems. |
updates.lumu.io | Used for checking proper connectivity. |
client-updates.lumu.io | Used to check if updates to the software are available. |
lumu.io | The corporate domain used by Lumu products. |
lumu-updates.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com | Amazon Web Services S3 bucket from which Lumu Agent's updates are downloaded. |
docs.lumu.io | Where the Lumu Agent's documentation is hosted. |
Is there an IP range to whitelist?
In general, we recommend allowing domain names instead of individual IP addresses because the IP addresses of third-party services such as Amazon Web Services, for example, can change at any time.
