What Hostname permissions should I add to my Firewall before deploying a VA?

What are the Hostname permissions required by my Firewall to prevent it from blocking the Lumu VA?

For the proper operation of the Lumu Virtual Appliance, you must configure your network’s firewall to allow connections to the hostnames listed below through the 80 and 443 TCP ports. You will be able to see which permissions are required by each hostname by looking at the table below. This way, the VA will be able to download Lumu’s requirements and establish a connection with the information processing service.
