Why do I have two agents with the same hostname in the agent list in the Lumu portal?

When reinstalling a Windows Lumu Agent using the “Reinstall” feature, you may encounter two registered agents (duplicated) with different last sync times in the Lumu Portal, as shown in the following image:

Reinstalling an active Windows Lumu Agent using installer version 2.0.0.0+ (image below) may cause the agents list of the Lumu Portal to show two entries for the same device with different last sync times. However, there will be just one agent installed in the machine. This behavior was noticed when reinstalling either using the same activation code or an activation code from a different installation group.
You can manually delete the agent that contains the oldest “Last Sync” time as it is no longer available for receiving device updates. The most recently registered agent (with the newest “Last Sync” time) is now the active agent.
