1. Log in to your Lumu account through the Lumu Portal and navigate to the integrations screen.
2. Locate the Gmail for Google Workspace integration in the available apps area and click Add to view its details.
3. Familiarize yourself with the integration details available in the app description, then click Activate.
4. After reading the instructions, click Activate.
5. The Google sign-in will look as follows.
Remember to sign in with an administrator account. Only an account with administrator privileges can grant full access to an organization.
6. You will be asked to confirm your Google Workspace account. Ensure you are using the appropriate account. Then, click Continue.
7. After confirming your Google user, you will be redirected to our application in Google Workspace Marketplace. From there, install the Lumu Technologies app by clicking on Admin install (1) This app is only available through Admin install, so make sure you are using an administrator account.
8. You will see a pop-up with information about Admin install. Click Continue.
9. The Allow data access window will appear. Here, you will see the permissions required by the integration to work seamlessly. You will need to choose the users you want to install the app for. Choose the one that best suits your needs, accept agreements, and click Finish.
10. You will see a pop-up notifying you that the Lumu Technologies app has been installed. Click Next.
11. Click the Complete additional setup now link to continue with the setup process.
If you miss this step, you can still complete your Lumu setup by opening the Apps launcher (1) and selecting the Lumu Technologies app (2). Then, you can continue from step 12.12. Your web browser will open with the instruction to continue. Follow them by going back to the Lumu tab.
13. Back in the portal, you need to give a description of your integration in Lumu Portal, as well as selecting the scope for mail analysis. Then, click Activate.
14. Once you finish the integration, the Lumu Portal will display its details.
