Why do I have two uninstallation registers for Lumu Agent on Windows?
Summary
When uninstalling a Lumu Agent using the default Microsoft Add/Remove Program utility, you may encounter two registries, as shown in the following image:
Details
Installing the Lumu Agent using the MSI file for version 1.0.0.8 or 1.0.0.9 and then auto-updating it to a newer version may cause the Windows uninstallation panel to show both versions as different entries.
The agent can be uninstalled using any of the control panel registries shown. In such a scenario, we recommend uninstalling using the registry that corresponds to version 1.0.0.8. This way, the Lumu Agent will be uninstalled, and both registries will be automatically deleted.
In case you uninstall using the version corresponding to the 1.0.0.9+ registry, the Lumu Agent will also be uninstalled. However, the version 1.0.0.8 registry will remain, and you need to select it to perform a second uninstallation.
